Introduction

Depression is a common mental health disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, loss of interest, and a range of emotional and physical problems. Depression affects millions globally and can significantly impair daily functioning. This case study focuses on a young woman who developed Depression following a significant life change. It explores her symptoms, treatment, and recovery process, emphasizing the need for comprehensive care.
