Paralysis is a clinical condition characterized by the loss of motor function in one or more muscle groups. This case study explores a 54-year-old male patient diagnosed with right-sided hemiplegia following an ischemic stroke. It significantly impacts the quality of life and requires comprehensive management. This case study aims to provide insight into the clinical management of a patient with paralysis due to an ischemic stroke.<\/span><\/p>

Age: 54 years<\/span><\/p>

Gender: Male<\/span><\/p>

Occupation: Bank employee<\/span><\/p>

Medical History: Hypertension and hyperlipidemia.<\/span><\/p>

Presenting Complaint: The patient presented with sudden onset weakness on the right side of the body, difficulty speaking, and facial drooping on the right side.<\/span><\/p>

Clinical Findings<\/span><\/p>

Neurological Examination:<\/span><\/p>

Right-sided hemiplegia with a motor strength score of 1\/5 in the upper and lower limbs.<\/span><\/p>

Decreased sensation on the right side.<\/span><\/p>

Slurred speech (dysarthria).<\/span><\/p>

Facial asymmetry with drooping on the right side.<\/span><\/p>

Medicines<\/b>: Medication that help in strengthenig muscles, improve vitality,\u00a0 support recovery, enhance cognitive function and support nerve health. Treatment also include Anti-inflammatory properties help in reducing swelling and promoting healing and improves circulation.<\/span><\/p>
